In 2024, I founded SMEGO to help small businesses develop optimised websites to generate business growth.
I discovered that many websites did not have the necessary fundamentals in place to convert the traffic on their websites or retain website visitors, resulting in poor website performance and financial distress.
The solution to a website not converting the traffic it already has is not wasting resources on more advertising, but to optimise the website.
The solution to further engaging new website visitors is to collect their email addresses to nurture the relationship through email marketing since 96% of visitors are in the browsing stage and not ready to commit as yet.
With experience, I learned what works and what does not, and developed a proven framework and copywriting formula for web design and email marketing.
So in early 2024, I started efforts to put together a holistic range of services to help small businesses stay competitive and grow.
My plans for the future include services to build online shops to help micro and small businesses start selling online, expand into eCommerce marketing automation, offer premium email marketing automation services and include product photography in our list of photography services.
I am Singaporean, based in Singapore and will continue serving the Singapore market in the foreseeable future. I will look at going regional if and when certain milestones are met.
